Ordering:
Phone Orders may be placed anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time - Monday through Friday. Orders can be faxed anytime to our toll-free fax line or can be placed through our website at www.americanemblem.com. To mail your order, send payment with the order form. For your convenience we also accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Due to varying conditions beyond our control, items may not be exactly as shown.

Purchase Orders:
Municipal and Government Purchase Orders are welcome with no advance payment and can be mailed or faxed to us. Terms are Net 15 Days.

Restrictions:
Many items are restricted for sale. By ordering, you warrant that you are authorized and legally permitted to order and possess the items and that you are in full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws regarding the order. Valid Law Enforcement ID may be required. American Emblem Manufacturing LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. If there has been a price change on any item we will notify you prior to filling your order.

Shipping:
Most orders for stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Custom made items and special orders normally have a 30 day turnaround and are shipped as soon as ready. We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Shipping charges are shown on order form. Additional charge for air shipments.

Custom Work:
On Custom items a 50% advance payment is required. Balance will be charged to your credit card upon shipment. Municipal and Government purchase orders are welcome with no deposit required.
Items with “Police”, “Sheriff” or similar designations or those that give the appearance of Official Law Enforcement can only be shipped to Law Enforcement Agencies (no residential or Post Office box delivery). Customer assumes infringement liability for any work done to his specifications or design. Once your order has been processed, no changes can be made. We are not responsible for illegible or incorrect information provided to us by the customer.

Claims and Returns:
In the unlikely event a product is defective, please return it prepaid, in its original condition with all relevant paperwork and packaging. Claims for shortages must be made the same day order is received.

Our Guarantee:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we stand behind every item we sell.
Simply put - We will at our option, repair or replace any product deemed defective for a period of one year from date of purchase with the exception of normal wear and tear.
